Finish Line Annual Holiday Campaign to Support Special Olympics


Finish Line, a leading athletic retailer offering footwear, apparel and accessories has again chosen Special Olympics as the beneficiary of the Finish Line Youth Foundation's annual in-store and online holiday consumer donation campaign. This campaign is being held in over 600 Finish Line stores nationwide from November 6 - December 31, 2015. The first $1.5 million raised will be donated to Special Olympics.

 

Finish Line, a leading athletic retailer offering footwear, apparel and accessories has again chosen Special Olympics as the beneficiary of the Finish Line Youth Foundation's annual in-store and online holiday consumer donation campaign. This campaign is being held in over 600 Finish Line stores nationwide from November 6 - December 31, 2015.  The first $1.5 million raised will be donated to Special Olympics.

The holiday consumer donation campaign is one key component of the sponsorship with Special Olympics.  Since 2012, Finish Line and the Finish Line Youth Foundation have built a fully integrated partnership with Special Olympics. In addition to the annual holiday campaign, Finish Line provides valuable support to Special Olympics USA and most recently, their  journey to the 2015 Special Olympics World Summer Games in Los Angeles.  They consistently provide hundreds of employee across the United States and actively raise funds through local fundraising, their consumer donation campaigns and recently though their participation in the inaugural Special Olympics Unified Relay Across America. 

Finish Line is also the national sponsor of Special Olympics Strive, a fitness performance assessment and nutrition education program designed to help Special Olympics athletes stay active, stay healthy, and achieve their personal best.  Finish Line has also expanded their support to advance fitness initiatives within the movement.
