7,000 Journeys -- Shown at 2015 World Games Opening Ceremony

This gorgeous video -- informally titled "7,000 Journeys" -- features brief interviews with Special Olympics athletes from around the world as they trained to compete in the 2015 World Summer Games in Los Angeles. These were just a few of the 7,000 adults and children with intellectual disabilities who competed in this global event where "everyone is defined by their abilities." The video, produced by ESPN and narrated by actress Julianne Moore, premiered at the 2015 World Games Opening Ceremony at Los Angeles Memorial Stadium on July 25, 2015.
