Special Olympics Athlete Frank Stephens from Virginia excels at his job.

Special Olympics Athlete Frank Stephens from Virginia proves to the world that someone with an intellectual disability can be just as valuable to an employer as any other worker. That’s why he was chosen to be featured in an upcoming public service announcement produced by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Campaign for Disability Employment. Scheduled to be release in January, the PSA, titled “Because,” includes interviews with several people with both physical and intellectual disabilities and illustrates their success in school, in sports, and on the job.
