Skating With a Legend

By Aleathia Hawkins

I brought my nephew O'conner Anderson III his first set of Roller blades Christmas at the age of 6 because he wanted to learn to skate, little did i know that it would turn into 2 Gold, 1 Silver and a Bronze medal at the 2013 Special Olympics World Winter Games. One of my fondest memeories will be of my nephew skating with Legend Apolo Ohno. Lesson learned "You can do all things through Christ".

About Aleathia Hawkins: Im O'Conner's Aunt who supprts him in all he does.
