Here is my story

When I was 7 years old, my brother had passed away. I never really knew him. But one day a couple days after he had passed away, I was sitting with my mom and dad and out of no where, I turn to my mom and go, "Mommy, I want to be a special ed teacher." My mom said that's amazing, Zoey. You can do whatever you want when you grow up." A couple weeks later I was telling my class at school and when we went out side some kids said, "Hey, loser, why do you want work with stupid people. You can't work with people just like you." Now I am 16, almost 17, and still want to work with special ed kids. Come to find out last summer I was really wanting to know more about my brother. I called his mom and his mom goes, "Zoey, what do you want to do after high school?" I said, "I want to work with special ed students." She said, "Oh really thats what your brother wanted to do." I plan to work with special ed students when I get older and I know if my brother was here he would be happy and proud of me.
