Athletes at training

Thanks to Finish Line, we are training seven athletes as aerobics instructors. These seven will then instruct at their respective schools and at other regions, where we will send them during regional and national games. They are being trained by master trainer Thokozani Gwai. These athletes are training on weekends but among other things, they attend local aerobathons and have thus far attended three, in Bokaa village, Mogoditshane and last weekend they were at the Botswana National Sports Commission aerobathon which started at 9 am until 5 pm. They are enjoying the training and we can't wait to see them at the helm of classes at various locations.

Our plan is to ask some of them to lead others in aerobics during the central regional games in July. One of the trainees has been enrolled by her mother in a massage training course! Topo started her massage training at the aerobathon last weekend, where she together with her trainer gave massages to a couple of people who had muscle problems.
