5th National Men Football Tournament, Special Olympics Argentina, Pilar, 2013

The sports field of the Metal Workers Union in the locality of Pilar will bring together more than 100 athletes from around the country. The National Tournament will officially open on Wednesday 6th from 10:30 am with the Opening Ceremony celebration whose climax will be the arrival of the flame of hope in the accompany of the athletes and will remain during the course of the event until the Closing Ceremony on Saturday, November 9 . This tournament is part of the global and regional Special Olympics called unifying through football, which in our country is reflected through the Special Olympics Argentina Football. The initiative was created with the vision to build on the most popular sport in Argentina, and through it, generate knowledge, acceptance and respect for people with intellectual disabilities.
