An honour and privilege

By Mariska Viljoen

Mariska Viljoen, Amanzi LEO

It was a huge honour and privilege to be one of the LEO's in the Special Olympics South Africa/LION's Club Unified project. It changed my view of people with disabilities. I was under the impression that people with disabilities cannot do sport but I realized if you want to do something you will find the way. I am looking forward being involved in this project. I want to do my part and assist people even if I can just bring joy by playing with them, sharing time and having fun together A huge thank you

About Mariska Viljoen: I am still in school and loves sport.
