Introducing Young Athletes, boys and girls from 2 to 7 years

Nutrition and prevention of common diseases are the foundation for promoting healthy living for children, youth and adults. That is why Special Olympics Bolivia, with support from Lions Club International conducted the Families and Health Forum on Thursday, July 25 in the city of Cochabamba addressing important issues such as "The behavior management at home and nutrition from a preventive approach to common diseases such as diabetes. " The speakers were specialists Psychologist, Mr. Germain Burgoa, who addressed the issue of behavior and Nutritionist, Ms. Maria Rene Zuna, who brought knowledge related to nutrition, healthy eating habits and tips. During the forum, there was demonstration of skills and psychomotor skills from a group of young athletes. The Special Olympics Bolivia forum had as its objective motivating families to address multiple concerns regarding the education of their children.
