Tennis lovers enjoy a day on court in Istanbul

Special Olympics Turkey welcomed athletes, celebrities and supporters to a tennis event in Istanbul organized as part of the Special Olympics European Tennis Day on 16 June 2014. The courts of luxury hotel Swissotel The Bosphorus were opened to 16 Special Olympics tennis players from three special schools and 14 celebrity players including singer Nil Karaibrahimgil, orchestra conductor Behzat Gerçeker and soap opera star Burak Özçivit, as well as several former parliamentary members. As main sponsor, the hotel handled all of the media arrangements, celebrity invitations, buffet and other details, making the day fun and memorable for all tennis lovers.
