Torch Run to kick off Fukuoka National Games

Special Olympics Nippon had a Torch Run ceremony to kick off preparations for the 6th National Summer Games at Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine in Fukuoka on March 21. 70 runners participated in the torch run, running over about 2 km in the shrine. Former Ms. Universe Riyo Mori, Dream Supporter for Special Olympics Nippon joined other guests and 250 for the run, bringing much excitement to the local Fukuoka community.
