Sibi has actively been involved in UAE Badminton National events and has conduct multiple national and international events throughout his career. He has worked as a Technical Official at several National and International events, including: UAE National Unified Champion League 2023, Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019, Special Olympics MENA Regional Games, and Fazza Dubai Para-Badminton International 2018 and 2019. In 2007, he completed his Masters of Quality Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, UAE.
Sibi lives in Dubai with wife and daughter, age 9.
