I come from academia where I primarily worked on applying statistics and machine learning to infectious disease datasets. My role at SOI is to work with the Data & Analytics (SODA) and the Research & Evaluation teams by applying my programming, analytics, and scientific research skills toward the betterment of the movement. I am excited by the ability to work at this fascinating intersection of sports, health, and research in such an inclusive environment.
