Qing Hui is an athlete from Singapore, serving as the Athlete Representative on Special Olympics Singapore’s Board of Directors and co-chair of Special Olympics Asia Pacific Regional Athlete Leadership Council.
He is currently working as an instructor Assistant at a special education school and as a DanceSport Instructor Assistant with Special Olympics Singapore. He has participated in Athletics events in the 2007 Shanghai World Summer Games and attained 4th place in Basketball in the 2011 Athens World Summer Games. Qing Hui has varied interests including basketball, inline skating, photography, handicraft, dancing, badminton, and outdoor adventure.
He is always glad to reach out to others and forge connections, even if he may take time to warm up to new people. He loves to share about his hobbies and experiences. Other junior athlete leaders have shared that they look up to him as a role model.
