20 European Union countries are embracing the football development project “Keep Up With The Girls” geared specifically to women and girls with and without intellectual disabilities. The “Keep Up With The Girls” will be held In alignment with the FIFA Women’s World Cup also taking place in Europe as well. Both events take aim at encouraging all women to live healthy and active lives.
“Keep Up With The Girls” & the FIFA Women’s World Cup come on the heels of European Football Week which is celebrated by 50 countries across Europe with an objective to have “players of all the abilities getting the opportunity to take part and demonstrate their skills and talents at the grassroots level.”
