On the third episode of Inclusion Revolution Radio, podcast host and Marketing Development coordinator Novie Craven speaks with JR SportBrief host, JR Jackson. JR is a sports media leader, host of the JR SportBrief Show on CBS Sports Radio, and an advocate for the Special Olympics movement. On 20 September 2021, JR kicked off his Media for the Movement Tour in partnership with Special Olympics Unified Champion Schools at Springfield College in Massachusetts.
His tour consists of 22 – 30 stops at different colleges across the U.S. with the goal to inform and educate students about inclusion and equality as part of sports media.
This tour is being aired on his show, JR SportBrief, weeknights on over 300 CBS Sports stations nationwide from 10:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. ET and Saturdays afternoons on WFAN New York. Interviews feature Special Olympics athletes, leaders, students, and coaches.
