Morgan Ellingson is the Minnesota based Evaluation Coordinator for Project ALL STAR. She is passionate about informed decision making, care work, and creative problem-solving. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science and Human-Centered Design from Dartmouth College. For the past decade, she has been active in inclusion and disability justice spaces in many ways from community engagement and accessibility consulting to academic investigation and formal disability-centric research.
In her free time, Morgan enjoys running around the lakes in Minneapolis, drinking coffee, traveling, and spending time with her people!
