Amal and Mahmood are leading a Youth Innovation Project aimed at providing nutritional information and resources for athletes in the UAE. Through this project, Amal and Mahmood will partner with various chefs to create weekly nutritious recipes and supply the participants of Healthy Messengers with the necessary ingredients.

Over the course of six months, Amal and Mahmood hope to engage 15 youth in an eight-week online cooking and nutrition camp. Through teaching simple and healthy meals, Amal and Mahmood will help the mental and physical well-being of athletes amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Amal and Mahmood are empowering the Unified Generation to remain engaged and innovative in their health and well-being.
